岗位定义：
负责产线产品工艺的优化，与工程部门沟通达成一致并更新相关产品的操作WI，与实际保持一致，给操作员工进行培训；查找产线操作过程的问题点，使用精益工具进行改善；运用问题解决工具对问题进行分析与改善，分享技术经验，提高班组团队整体技能水平。
岗位职责：
- 根据部门的KPI&COT，制定生产工程的KPI&COT，每月进行Review并确保目标达成；
- 协助主管Review部门的操作与安全的WI文件，并根据实际进行更新，使之更符合体系与生产实际；
- 协助经理完成Capex的准备及设备的技术参数、供应商确认、设备安全评估与改造、设备操作文件准备等工作，确保费用预算的准确及设备的正常交付给生产；
- 监控产品的过程质量及产线问题解决，使用问题解决工具找到真实原因并给出改善措施，从而减少或消除过程中的质量问题，减少生产过程中的不良品及客户质量投诉；
- 参与大项目的试产工作，过程中给予操作人员培训与指导，确保新项目顺利转量产，从而满足客户的需要；
- 协同夹具工装团队，参与小型夹具工装的设计与制造，确保生产所需的治具的及时供应；
- 解决生产过程中设备、工艺或设计相关的制造问题，确保生产的正常进行；协助ME制定/修订/升级工艺路线、标准操作程序（SOP）及物料清单；根据操作指导书培训员工并给到产线在工艺生产方面专业技术指导；
- 审核生产流程并提出改进建议，目标包括采用最新技术实现，创建更安全的工作环境、提升产品质量、加快产品交付速度、降低生产成本；
- 协助维修团队进行设备故障排查与维修，使设备能正常运行；
- 对于从MES中识别出瓶颈工序与改善机会点，协助生产主管运用精益工具并组织资源进行改善，从而提升生产绩效；
- 定期组织技术会议，讨论生产过程的存在问题，并对问题进行分析与改善，同时分享技术经验，提高班组团队整体技能水平；
- 协助生产经理优化厂房布局，最大化利用场地与资源。
教育背景/工作经历/任职要求：
教育背景：全日制本科学历及以上文凭。
工作经历：具有五年及以上模切产品生产技术方面工作经验者优先；
专业知识与技能：
- 熟悉模切类生产制造工艺；
- 懂机械原理，具有生产制造行业一线生产经验；
- 有较强的责任心和团队精神及强力的成本意识和质量意识 ；
- 熟悉精益生产知识及工具的实际运用；
- 英文四级及以上；
- 熟练掌握IATF16949，ISO 9001,QC08000,ISO14000等公司运营的体系,掌握PPAP,FMEA,SPC，MSA，8D, WhyTree,5WHY等质量工具的应用。
