Your Impact:

As a Software Developer, you will develop, test, and maintain software components for business document capture, processing, and recognition. You will deliver well-defined features and fixes within established designs, seeking guidance on complex tasks. You will also use approved AI-assisted development tools responsibly and contribute ideas for AI-enabled product improvements.

What the role offers:

- Develop and maintain document capture, processing, and recognition components within established designs.
- Write clean, tested code and maintain technical documentation for assigned changes.
- Deliver assigned features and fixes, seeking guidance on complex tasks.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering to validate changes, investigate defects, and support customer issue resolution.
- Estimate tasks, communicate progress, and raise blockers and risks promptly.
- Use approved AI tools for coding, testing, debugging, and documentation; validate outputs and protect sensitive information.
- Suggest practical AI-enabled product improvements and contribute to small prototypes under guidance

What you need to succeed:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with 2–4 years of software development experience.
- Working knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and modern .NET.
- Understanding object-oriented programming, data structures, and common design patterns.
- Experience with web development and RESTful APIs; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and Angular.
- Ability to debug technical issues, write unit tests, and use Git-based version control.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, effective prompting, and responsible validation of generated outputs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to complete defined tasks and seek guidance when needed.

DESIRED / PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Exposure to Windows desktop development using WPF or web application development using ASP.NET Core.
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools and Agile development practices.
- Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps tools and troubleshooting build or deployment issues
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices.
- Exposure to AI service or AI API integration through projects or work assignments.
- Knowledge in AI applications for document classification, extraction, and validation.
