- Effectively monitor patient’s therapy condition and intervene appropriately
- Provide best in class patient care experience.
- Use technology (ie. AirView) to efficiently manage patients to maintain therapy treatment.
- Delivery of clear and professional communication to patients that requires assistance in their therapy treatment.
- Treat all patients with high level of empathy, respect and friendliness
- Maintaining high standard of customer service, accuracy and consistency to deliver best in class patient care
- Accurately guide and educate customer on our products, services and related information.
- Report patient compliance information accurately and timely to key stakeholders.
- Constantly innovate and recommend solutions to support patient adherence to treatment and to minimise drop-off rate.
- When required, any additional responsibilities that are related to managing patient care.
Let’s talk Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills dealing with general public
- Previous experience in a patient care service role in healthcare industry or related industry
- Possess capability to navigate and use of digital technology and software
- Intermediate to Advance in MS Office
- Experience in monitoring via data analysis and attention to details through analysis of data
- Work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility in relation to hours of work, overtime availability etc to ensure service delivery to customers.
- Basic level of English proficiency will be a plus
