Dental Receptionist

*Dental Receptionist Required - Dental Beauty Orthodontics Sutton*
*Part-Time Position - Monday to Wednesday - Hours Below*

Here at Dental Beauty Partners, we have a fantastic part-time opportunity for a Dental Receptionist to join our Dental Beauty Orthodontics division in our recently acquired practice in Sutton, Surrey which is led by our Partner, Dr. Devana Arya.

Dental Beauty Partners are an award-winning practice Dental Group, with a wealth of practices spread across SE England, including four specialist Orthodontic practices. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst working with a fantastic practice team.

Working Pattern:
Mondays: 8AM-5PM
Tuesday: 10AM-7PM
Wednesday: 9AM-6PM

Key Responsibilities

- Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
- Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
- Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
- To ensure compliances with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

- Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
- If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
