*Exciting Dental Receptionist Position - Dental Beauty Bexleyheath*
*Full-Time Position - 47 Hours Per Week - Hours Below*
Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Bexleyheath. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the SE London area.
You will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Vivek Shah and Practice Manager Lauren Crabb, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, only a 5 minute walk to Bexleyheath station and with plenty of parking nearby.
Working pattern
Monday: 8AM-9:30PM
Tuesday: 8AM-4:45PM
Wednesday: 8AM-4:45PM
Thursday: 8AM-7:30PM
Friday: 8AM-3:45PM
Alternate Saturdays: 8AM-1PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
- Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
- Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
- To ensure compliances with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
- If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
