Internship • Commercial Excellence & Contracts

Location: Olen, Venlo, Lyon or Madrid
Start: February 2027
Duration: 6 months

Are you interested in commercial processes, data and how businesses manage complex customer agreements?

As a Commercial Excellence & Contracts Intern , you will support the rollout of Belden’s new Contract Management Program across EMEA.

You will mainly work on two areas:

- Training & process support: help create practical training materials, process guides and onboarding content for the new large product, OEM and Private Label deal process.

- Contract tracking: support the development of a dashboard to track active contracts, upcoming renewals and key contractual obligations in one clear and actionable view.

You will work with colleagues across Commercial Operations, Sales and other functions, gaining hands-on experience in process improvement, data organization and stakeholder management.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is structured, curious and process-driven , with strong logical thinking skills.

You could be studying Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field . Experience with Excel or dashboarding tools is useful, but not essential.

More important is your ability to organize information, understand processes and turn complex topics into something clear and practical.

You will also be part of Belden’s EMEA Internship Program , with opportunities to connect with other interns and participate in development activities throughout your internship.
