- Complete required Windchill activities while maintaining accurate revision and configuration control.
- Process internal engineering work requests in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
- Ensure changes are accurately reflected across applicable product documentation and configurations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Engage with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development, and other functional teams as required.
- Obtain and incorporate engineering inputs to develop accurate product specifications and documentation.
- Communicate technical information, requirements, risks, and work status clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Support effective communication of product design intent across engineering, manufacturing, and inspection functions.
Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Complete assigned design and drafting activities within agreed quality, scope, and timing expectations.
- Communicate risks, technical concerns, and potential delays at an early stage.
- Progressively work with reduced supervision as technical capability and product knowledge develop.
- Learn from drawing reviews, checker feedback, quality issues, and completed assignments and apply lessons learned to future work.
- Participate in maintaining and improving design standards, practices, tools, and processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product design quality, documentation, and engineering workflows.
