Education:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Technology Management, or related discipline.

Certification

- Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- SAFe Scrum Master/Agilist
- Product Management
- ITIL
- PRINCE2
- PMP
- Agile Project Management
- Other relevant architecture/cloud/DevOps certification

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product delivery, Agile delivery, solution delivery, software engineering, or solution architecture within a telecommunications or digital services environment.

- IT Service Management knowledge (ITIL, eTOM, COBIT)

Technical competencies

- Solution and enterprise architecture; HLD, LLD, UML, and architecture frameworks (TOGAF, DoDAF, FEAF)
- Software engineering and SDLC; Java, PHP, Python, HTML, MySQL, Vue.js, React Native
- APIs, systems integration, telecom/VAS platforms, charging, subscription, Mobile Money, and intelligent networks
- Cloud, infrastructure, databases, SQL/PLSQL, Linux, and UNIX
- Quality assurance, SIT/IAT/UAT, defect, configuration, and release management
- Business continuity, backup, recovery, high availability, and archiving concepts
- Product and project management; business analysis
- Awareness of Artificial Intelligence and emerging digital technologies

Continuous Risk & Compliance Management & Reporting

- Perform and encourage continuous and effective risk management practice within your activities.
- Promote risk-based decision taken. Ensure effective escalation of key risks, compliance breach and non-ethical issues.
- Demonstrate and encourage ethical behaviors. Promote Business continuity best practices and compliance to applicable regulations and internal PPPs (Policy, Process and Procedures).
