What you'll do:

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead and inspire the team, elevate the customer experience and drive strong store performance. Yankee Candle is looking for an energetic retail leader who can bring the brand to life through exceptional service, engaging product storytelling and brilliant retail leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Lead and inspire:

- Support, coach and develop a confident, motivated and high-performing team.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, especially during busy trading periods.
- Build a positive, inclusive culture where everyone feels supported and accountable.

Create exceptional customer experiences:

- Bring the Yankee Candle brand to life through outstanding service.

- Develop product knowledge and encourage engaging fragrance storytelling.

Drive commercial performance:

- Use sales results and customer insights to identify opportunities.
- Turn performance information into practical actions that improve results.
- Take ownership of challenges and support the delivery of store objectives.
