About the Opportunity
A respected Little Rock trial firm is adding an experienced paralegal to its litigation team. You'll work closely with attorneys on meaningful cases in a collaborative, team-focused setting.
What You'll Do
Help attorneys with cases from start to finish, including drafting, discovery, motions, and trial prep
Collect and analyze records, and prepare case summaries and settlement materials
Track deadlines, calendars, and case files in a cloud-based case management system
Serve as a point of contact for clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court staff
Coordinate depositions, mediations, and hearings
Prepare exhibits and trial materials, and help in the courtroom
What You Bring
✔ 3+ years as a litigation paralegal (personal injury or plaintiff-side experience is a big plus)
✔ Familiarity with Arkansas state and federal court procedures and e-filing
✔ Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced practice
✔ Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
