Market Attendant Lead, Robotaxi Charging

Tesla sets the bar for what a trustworthy & resilient charging network can be. The Charging Operations team ensures that Tesla continues to deliver the best possible charging customer experience through proactive engagement and growth of the global charging network.

The Market Attendant Lead, Robotaxi Charging is responsible for training and performance validations of attendants at high usage Supercharger sites. You will drive seamless charging by managing vendors and coordinating with internal teams for operational excellence across the network.

- Lead and adapt attendant training to ensure adherence to standards for safety & excellence
- Rotate daily field visits throughout market for training and quality control across multiple locations
- Partner with vendors on staffing and improvements
- Meet vendors on site and triage critical charging-infrastructure repairs
- Help implement long-term solutions to prevent future challenges based on feedback
- Drive key metrics to spot potential trends and identify actions needed
- Work closely with Network Operations Center, Energy Service and Procurement teams to define and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

- Previous experience working in a lead role focused on customer service or property management
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Impeccable attention to detail and an eye for efficiency and adherence to standards
- Great communication skills to relay information across multiple stakeholders in a timely manner
- Experience coordinating in fast-paced environments and teams
- Superb organizational skills with strong multi-tasking abilities
- Focused personality while maintain a flexible attitude towards critical tasks
