We are looking for a Senior RPG Developer who will be responsible
for the design, development, enhancement, support, and maintenance of
enterprise applications running on the IBM i (AS400) platform. The role
provides technical leadership within delivery teams, ensures adherence to development
standards and best practices, and collaborates closely with business and
technology stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing
solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery.
- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating
business requirements, technical analysis, solution designs, implementation
approaches, and proposed solutions.
- Ensure all technical decisions, code, and
solutions comply with organisational standards, development methodologies, security
requirements, and industry best practices.
- Conduct system analysis and recommend
improvements to applications, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the
SDLC.
