Now Hiring: RN Nurse Manager – Family Practice
Salary: $90,000+ Annually (Based on Experience)
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager to lead our clinical team in a busy family practice office.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage nursing staff and medical assistants.
- Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
- Work closely with providers and administration to improve patient care and office efficiency.
- Develop and implement clinical workflows and procedures.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN license required.
- Previous nursing leadership or management experience preferred.
- Family practice or primary care experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
