The Team
We are seeking a Master Data Management Specialist to join American Tower’s Global Business Services Master Data Management team. The team is responsible for updating and maintaining the company’s master data records in Oracle for landlords, suppliers, and other vendors. As the subject matter expert for vendor onboarding and maintenance, you will partner cross-functionally to drive best practices, analyze vendor metrics, and drive satisfaction through efficient communication.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- A minimum of 2 years’ of vendor relations, customer service, or data management experience preferred
- Familiarity with vendor management software preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite required; proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint preferred. Salesforce and Oracle knowledge or large ERP system preferred.
- Approximately 5% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively. Accuracy is vital.
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
