## Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.



Job Description

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Business Partner located in Mx Guadalajara

Reporting to the Director, Site HR , the HR Business Partner role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

- Analyzes, evaluates, and presents information concerning factors such as business situations, production capabilities, GBS HR daily operations and process
- Suggests and debates alternative HR methods in daily operations of solving problems and meeting changing market opportunities.
- Cooperates with other top management on establishing GBS HR quality policies, operating procedures and goals.
- Evaluates contents of reports from product assurance GBS HR department heads and confers with top management personnel preparatory to formulating fiscal budget for services assurance program.
- In charge of global projects assurance to establish, delineate and review program organizational policies, to coordinate departments, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives.
- Interface with customers on improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for managing customer audits and regulatory/compliance agency audits.
- Interact with HRBP to support them in preparing data and analytics related to headcount, cost and benefit analysis and different data to show current trends.
- Deliver transactions through HR Shared Services and shall have a good exposure to Analytics and Data presentation.
- The deliverables are met as per the SLA and identify scope for widening the services
- Bring improvement to the operational efficiency of the processes.
