Who We Are
Homefix has been remodeling homes since 1991. We're headquartered in Laurel, MD, with 600+ employees, and we specialize in windows, doors, roofing, and exterior and interior remodeling.
We operate across Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia (Richmond and Hampton Roads), North Carolina, and Florida. Our West Chester office is our base for Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Greater Philadelphia suburbs.
We supply the leads, the products, and the installation. You bring the drive.
What You'll Own
- Your team's numbers. Revenue, close rate, and average ticket are yours.
- Recruiting, hiring, and building a team of in-home sales reps
- Ride-alongs, role-plays, and real-time coaching in the field
- Running your own appointments and closing deals
- Holding reps accountable daily and cutting what isn't working
- Driving every lead to its best possible outcome
What You Get
- $100,000-$200,000 first-year earning potential with no cap

Qualifications
You're the Right Fit If
- You have a proven record in in-home or direct sales, with numbers to back it up OR a desire and passion to LEARN AND GROW into a true sales professional
- You've led or trained a sales team, or you're ready to and can prove it
- You're competitive, coachable, and allergic to excuses
- You'd rather earn it than be handed it
- You can work evenings and weekends when the deals are there
- You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
