Job Description -

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards

- Solve complex technical design and configuration issues across functional workstreams

- Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos

- Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization

- Review technical specifications for completeness, scalability, and quality assurance

- Develop reusable components, scripts, or tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality

- Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding by sharing best practices in configuration and testing

- Contribute to technical solutioning during proposal development, including effort estimation and architecture design

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

- Strong track record in supply chain consulting, with proven experience focused on Kinaxis Maestro implementations

- Proven track record of leading technical solution design and implementation within SCM platforms

- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills; able to diagnose complex issues across configuration, integration, and data layers

- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders

- Experience managing module timelines, risks, and client relationships in complex delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain management, management information systems, or other relevant technical degree

- Certification in Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 2 or 3

- Deep understanding of multiple Maestro modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management

- Proficiency in scripting and developing reusable technical components or code libraries

- Experience designing scalable architectures aligned with a client’s digital transformation strategy

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools used in enterprise project delivery

- Contributions to practice development through knowledge-sharing, playbook creation, or thought leadership initiatives
