Sonos makes products that fill every room — and every moment — with rich, immersive sound. The Benelux Revenue Director owns Sonos's full commercial performance across the Netherlands and Belgium, leading a team of Account Managers and Senior Sales Managers to deliver revenue growth, regional P&L accountability, and deep partner relationships across both retail and Professional channels. This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and serves as the single cross-functional lead for the Benelux business, making it one of the most visible and consequential commercial roles in the region.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end commercial responsibility for the Benelux market, including revenue targets and regional P&L across retail and Professional channels, on both a quarterly and annual basis.

- Set regional commercial strategy and priorities by country, channel, and partner; translate strategy into clear plans and drive execution across the team.

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 Account Managers and Senior Sales Managers across the Netherlands and Belgium, setting clear objectives, standards, and accountability.

- Build and sustain executive-level relationships with top retail and Professional accounts, including joint business planning, negotiations, and performance reviews with strategic partners.

- Act as the single cross-functional lead for the Benelux region, aligning demand planning, marketing, logistics, finance, legal, and customer experience teams around shared commercial goals.

- Define and analyze KPIs across commerce and marketing, using sales data, market insight, and forecasting to guide investment, pricing, promotions, and portfolio decisions.

- Run the regional operating rhythm, including forecasting, demand planning, promotional calendars, inventory and supply alignment, and launch readiness.

- Evaluate channel expansion opportunities and oversee development of new accounts where strategically appropriate.

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior across Benelux; bring regional insight to EMEA and global leadership forums.

- Be an active member of the EMEA Leadership Team, contributing to the broader revenue plan and helping to build a culture people want to be part of.
