Description
Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) is seeking a Recruiter to play a key role in attracting and hiring Amazon's apprentices operating in a high volume context.
The ideal candidate brings Talent Acquisition expertise, a strong bias for data-driven decisions, and the ability to operate in complex, ambiguous environments. You are a natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced settings, earns trust at all levels of the organization, and consistently raises the bar for recruiting excellence.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting strategies for high-volume apprentice roles
- Proactively identify business needs and building scalable solutions
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the candidate experience, interview process, and operational workflows
- Partner with AUTA program teams to align recruiting execution with centralized program goals and timelines
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
