StubHub is looking for a People Operations Associate to join our People team. As part of the operational backbone of the People function, you'll own core employee lifecycle operations and administration and help keep our recurring People programs running smoothly for employees and managers alike.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY

What You'll Do

- Process employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, compensation changes, status updates) accurately and on time in our People systems.

- Execute onboarding and offboarding logistics: prepare new hire paperwork, coordinate day-one setup, and process terminations and offboarding checklists.

- Conduct new hire orientation, coordinating with other members of the People team — including on international onboarding processes as new entities come online.

- Own tier-1 employee support, serving as the front line for employee inquiries via ticketing and email, helping organize how inquiries are categorized and routed, and escalating complex or sensitive cases to the wider People team.

- Maintain accurate and complete employee documentation, enter records accurately into HRIS, and support regular data audits.

- Maintain templates and the People document repository, including writing SOPs and how-to guides that keep resources current and easy to find.

- Support execution of recurring People programs (e.g., open enrollment, performance cycles, compliance training) by coordinating timelines, communications, and logistics alongside the wider People team.

- Help create a positive, consistent employee experience throughout everyone's journey at the company, so employees feel informed and taken care of.

- Help identify opportunities to improve processes and build more scalable ways of working as the People Operations function grows.

What You've Done

- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations

- Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, process-driven work at high volume.

- Excellent communication skills and a genuine service mindset toward employees at every level.

- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and ticketing systems.

- Ability to follow established processes precisely, while proactively flagging opportunities to improve them.

- Ability to coordinate logistics across multiple programs at once, staying organized under deadlines.

- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.

What We Offer

- Accelerated Growth Environment: Immerse yourself in an environment designed for swift skill and knowledge enhancement, where you have the autonomy to lead experiments and tests on a massive scale.

- Top Tier Compensation Package: Enjoy a rewarding compensation package that includes enticing stock incentives, aligning with our commitment to recognizing and valuing your contributions.

- Flexible Time Off: Embrace a healthy work-life balance with unlimited Flex Time Off, providing you the flexibility to manage your schedule and recharge as needed.
