About this role

Intuit is a mission-driven, global financial platform company that gives everyone the opportunity to prosper. The Accountant & Partnerships Customer Success organization runs a mature readiness function for product support experts. As that same world-class standard extends across how firms bring Intuit in and how they sell it through to their own clients, this role builds the expert readiness and change management muscle the partner and firm channel needs to keep pace.

Join the team to build and run end-to-end CS Partner Readiness, ensuring Product Support Experts and Partner Customer Success roles, including Partner Customer Success Managers (PCSM) and Partner Implementation Consultants (PIC), are empowered to support accountants and partner firms at every stage of that journey and through every launch and change. You will turn product, program, technology, and support-experience changes into practical materials and learning experiences, partnering closely with Partner Enablement and other readiness owners to carry strategy through to adoption on the ground.

This work spans expert enablement and change management, closing the readiness gap between what the organization designs and what experts and partners can consistently deliver.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end development, delivery, and maintenance of partner-readiness and enablement materials for Product Support Experts and Partner CS teams, including Partner Customer Success Managers (PCSM) and Partner Implementation Consultants (PIC).
- In partnership with the Learning & Development, Expert Readiness Change Management team, translate product, program, and support-experience changes into role-based learning content, support guidance, playbooks, job aids, and communications tailored to each audience.
- Build readiness plans with clear content needs, milestones, dependencies, delivery channels, and responsibilities across launches and ongoing change.
- Partner with Product, Service Delivery, Service Design, Partner Enablement, subject-matter experts, and other enablement owners to validate content and coordinate delivery.
- Deliver and facilitate enablement; maintain accessible, current materials and manage communications so teams can apply changes in their daily work.
- Assess readiness through completion, understanding, adoption, and feedback; surface gaps and support readiness decisions with clear mitigation plans.
- Use feedback from Product Support experts, Partner Customer Success Managers (PCSM), Partner Implementation Consultants (PIC), and firms to close knowledge gaps and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Create repeatable readiness standards and practices that scale as the accountant and partner ecosystem grows.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of Intuit experience and knowledge of Intuit products. Understanding of accounting workflows, or the accountant and partner ecosystem strongly preferred.
- Experience delivering readiness, enablement, customer success operations, or operational change programs in cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, accurate enablement materials and turn complex product or process changes into usable guidance.
- Ability to translate service designs and business priorities into adopted practices, coordinated communications, and effective learning experiences.
- Strong project management, facilitation, writing, and stakeholder communication skills; ability to manage concurrent workstreams and changing priorities.
- Ability to use feedback and operational data to evaluate readiness, improve enablement, and influence partners without direct authority.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week. Travel is expected approximately quarterly.
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
