Job Summary:
The Revenue Assurance Manager will develop and govern the Revenue Assurance framework across Retail Operations, leading revenue leakage prevention, KPI governance, controls, executive reporting, and cross-functional accountability
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Revenue Assurance framework.
- Establish governance standards and accountability models.
- Develop executive dashboards, scorecards and KPI reporting.
- Lead monthly Revenue Assurance reviews and certifications.
- Maintain inventory of controls, process owners and escalation procedures.
- Drive root-cause analysis and remediation of leakage events.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate governance forums and executive reporting.
- Understand and improve processes for multiple different areas within the retail operations space.
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid 2-4 days in office
- Minimal travel.
- Standard Monday-Friday schedule. Availability outside normal business hours as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years retail energy experience.
- 5+ years operations, credit, collections, billing, finance, audit, or revenue assurance experience.
- 3+ years leadership, project, or governance experience.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of controls and governance.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Executive communication and presentation skills.
- Experience building KPI frameworks and dashboards.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
