Position Summary
The ERP Implementation Coordinator will support all phases of our ERP implementation-from requirements gathering and data migration to testing, training, and go-live. This role serves as the communication hub between internal teams, ERP consultants, and leadership. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, strong communicators, and comfortable supporting projects in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily ERP implementation tasks across operations, supply chain, finance, quality, and warehouse teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact between Texas Tissue, the ERP vendor, and outside consultants.
- Maintain project schedules, task lists, and progress reports.
- Document business processes and help define future workflows.
- Assist with data migration tasks including extraction, cleansing, validation, and upload.
- Participate in system configuration, testing, and issue tracking.
- Support creation of training materials and help deliver user training sessions.
- Provide hands-on user support during go-live and stabilization periods.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in ERP support, IT coordination, or project coordination
- Understanding of manufacturing or distribution operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor SyteLine
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or converting environment
- Familiarity with data migration, testing, or process mapping
- Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
