Production Print Sales Specialist - Grand Rapids MI

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Production Print Sales Specialist to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This individual will focus on developing new business, expanding our production print portfolio, and helping clients identify technology solutions that improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support their business goals.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B outside sales, preferably within the imaging, printing, software, or hardware technology industries. They are confident building relationships, comfortable presenting technology solutions, and motivated by the opportunity to grow a territory and achieve sales objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for Applied Innovation’s production print equipment, software, and workflow solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs and recommending appropriate technology solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, provide client training, and support customers following implementation and sale.
- Achieve or exceed established revenue, margin, and sales performance goals.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize growth within the assigned geographic area.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information, sales activities, and pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and technical specialists to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and advance production print initiatives.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive offerings.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Five or more years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- Experience in outside sales, production print, commercial printing, office imaging, software, or hardware technology solutions preferred.
- A four-year degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record required, including no DUI convictions within the past five years.
