Job Purpose
- The HR Business Partner helps strengthen the organization’s workforce by serving as a dependable resource for employees, leaders, and the HR Team. This role creates a responsive, organized, and employee-focused HR environment that supports the organization’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field, preferred
Licenses and/or Certifications:
- None
Work Experience:
- Minimum of two years of HR experience, preferred
- Operating knowledge of HR functional areas, preferred
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
