Find Your Fit

Depending on your skills and interests, opportunities may include:

- Service & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, maintain, repair, and optimize building systems while helping customers solve technical challenges.
- Building Automation & Controls: Install, configure, program, and commission intelligent HVAC and building control systems.
- Security & Low-Voltage Technology: Work with access control, video surveillance, and integrated electronic security systems.
- Senior & Lead Roles: Tackle complex technical projects, take ownership of field activities, and mentor developing technicians.

Work Experience

What We're Looking For

We're interested in individuals with experience or training in areas such as:

- HVAC, mechanical, or electrical systems
- Building automation, controls, or system integration
- Electronic security and low-voltage systems
- Technical service, installation, or troubleshooting
- Networking, electronics, or related technical trades

Just starting out? Relevant technical education, apprenticeships, military training, or transferable hands-on experience may qualify you for an early-career opportunity.

Already experienced? Your technical expertise, independence, and leadership abilities could position you for advanced or lead-level opportunities.

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: $20 - $62
