Business Development & Strategic Recruitment

- Partner DNA Audits: Execute thorough audits to categorize partners by geographic footprint, vertical expertise (e.g., Retail, Healthcare), and technical infrastructure.
- Strategic Growth: Utilize the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) scorecard to rank and recruit new partners aligned with Emerging Segment goals.
- Engagement: Deliver "Why VPP" value proposition presentations to re-engage dormant partners and identify untapped revenue opportunities.

Onboarding & Enablement

- "First 30" Sprint: Lead structured, high-intensity onboarding periods for new partners, guiding them through initial customer opportunity mapping and real-world sales scenarios.
- Resource Deployment: Equip partners with systems navigation cheat sheets and solution-selling playbooks to reduce friction and improve product knowledge.

Account Support & Customer Mapping

- White-Space Workshops: Facilitate collaborative strategy sessions to map partner client bases against Verizon’s "Must-Win" profiles, identifying accounts with high potential for new service deployment.
- Field Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the partner and internal Tier 1 field teams, ensuring seamless access to resources and field support.

High-Touch Engagement & Field Presence

- Active Co-Selling: Shift engagement from oversight to side-by-side sales involvement to accelerate deal velocity.
- High-Touch Cadence: Maintain consistent partner relationships through 20 monthly meaningful touches (calls/emails) and 3 quarterly F2F roadshows.
- Performance Tracking: Manage the Partner Milestone Tracker to identify and reward partners reaching key performance goals (e.g., first deal registration, $10k billing milestones).

Execution Metrics & Requirements

- Communication: Maintain top-of-mind awareness through 20 meaningful touches (emails/calls) per month.
- Field Activity: Drive the active sales pipeline via 4 customer appointments per week and 3 New Partner Roadshows per quarter.
- Upskilling: Conduct bi-weekly training sessions to ensure partner mastery of products and systems.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience in business sales, partner management, or consultative selling.
- Demonstrated ability to travel for F2F meetings and field roadshows.
