- Experience: Four (4) years in PT
- Education: Graduate of an Accredited Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy Program; minimum Bachelor’s degree for PT/OT, Master’s for ST
- Licenses and Certification: Current Louisiana state license in area of specialization (PT, OT, or ST); current BLS
- Skills and Abilities: planning and organization, direct patient care, effective communication, customer service, interpersonal skills, active listening, attention to detail
