Physical Therapist Assistant - Parker at The Pavilion - Per diem - Hourly rate $32.00 - $40.00 (depending on experience) - The areas highest quality rehabilitation services providing a warm and compassionate environment - 8:30am - 5:00pm, minimum of (2) shifts monthly as needed, Monday - Friday, The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide and direct physical therapy services to clients which may include pediatric, adult and/or geriatric persons under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The goal is to help them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid NJ State licensure.
- Travel to various locations; valid NJ Driver's License required.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience; nursing care facility or other related health care facility preferred.
- Homecare visits are required.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
