Occupational Therapist - Parker at The Pavilion - Per diem - Hourly rate $53.00 - $58.00 (depending on experience) - The areas highest quality rehabilitation services providing a warm and compassionate environment - 8:30am - 5:00pm, (2) shifts monthly as needed, Monday - Friday - The Occupational Therapist will provide direct occupational therapy services to residents and participants of Parker with the goal of helping them them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters of Occupational Therapy preferred or Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience required.
- Valid NJ Occupational Therapy State licensure.
- Valid NJ Driver's License.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience; nursing care facility w/ geriatric patients preferred.
- Homecare visits are required.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
