Finance Specialist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, financial reporting, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, invoices, and payments.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate financial records.
Perform general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and adjustments.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Assist with financial reporting, cost variance analysis, and month-end closing.
Support quarterly and annual audits.
Process sales invoices, export documentation, and freight billing.
Maintain accounting databases and assist with special projects.
Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
Experience with accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures.
Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, QAD.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
