About this role
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of logistics, shipping, or receiving experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with raw materials (bar stock, forgings, metal components).
- Strong understanding of material traceability and documentation control.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP inventory systems and traceability workflows.
- Strong organization, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Forklift and material‑handling equipment experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior leadership or team‑lead experience.
- Aerospace or regulated‑industry background.
- Knowledge of AS9100 quality systems.
- Experience with international shipping and export compliance.
- Hazmat shipping familiarity.
- Lean/5S project experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and material handling.
- Ability to work in warehouse and manufacturing floor environments.
