About this role
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution and 3 years supervisory experience (any industry), OR
- Minimum 5 years supervising direct reports in a manufacturing environment.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Good communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- In the moment/on the fly problem solving aptitude to keep operators productive and working safely while achieving quality goals.
- Must understand the manufacturing process in all areas of the facility.
