About this role
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience, including advanced multi‑axis machining, tooling, work holding, and troubleshooting.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a CNC or high‑volume production environment.
- Strong proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, CMM).
- Experience with CNC programming or program validation (Fanuc, Mastercam, CAM software).
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees while maintaining accountability and performance standards.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machining, tooling, and workflow issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 5‑axis machining, aerospace components, or tight‑tolerance production environments.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement systems, and data‑driven production management.
- CAD/CAM experience (SolidWorks, Mastercam, NX, or similar).
