About this role
We're looking for a Supply Chain Planning professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex planning challenges. From inventory management and production planning to supplier collaboration and process optimization, you'll play a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting business growth. Experience in SAP planning tools and semiconductor supply planning will be a strong advantage.
Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
- Performs supply chain functions, which may include, but are not limited to, logistics, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
- Creates integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers.
- Focuses resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.
- Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.
- Focuses on improving system planning, working cross-functionally to ensure part creations and other system related parameters are updated on regular basis.
- In addition to the responsibilities above, the role includes project, administrative, governance and/or supervisory duties related to the management of the team, business unit, and/or project
- The job holder is accountable for planning and prioritization of work, coordination across stakeholders, compliance with internal policies and processes, and for the quality and timely delivery of agreed outcomes
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- 3-6 years relevant working experience
- An experience in semiconductor supply planning is an added advantage.
- A know-how in SAP supply planning tools (relevant SAP modules like MM and PP modules) is required.
