Mission of Function?
Acquiring of test resources and reserving the test equipment to execute the system test, such as function testing, performance testing and etc according to the designed test cases. Be able to define system test plan and coordinate the system testing. Lead test innovations.
What are my responsibilities?
· Participate in requirement and design document review from system test perspective.
· Contribute to define the test plan, test strategy and effort estimation. Design test specification.
· Create system test case according to product requirement specification, feature specification and related regulation together with CPO, development engineers and other experts in test organization.
· Design and prepare the test setup and environment according to the test plan.
· Perform the defined test according to the test plan from user point of view.
· Record the product error during test and support the debug process together with development engineers.
· Generate and archive system test report.
· Maintain system test rack according to the latest automation test engine requirement
· Participate in multi-national teams and international projects (e.g China, Europe etc…)
· Guide trouble shooting in projects and field problems.
· Awareness for occupational safety / work safety
· Guide technical innovation in testing.
· Guide development of realization in projects.
· Other assignments arranged by line manager according to business needs
What do I need to qualify for this job?
· Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
· More than 10 years professional experience in system test area
· Master professional and comprehensive test knowledge & experience of drive/inverter system function and application know how
· Knowledge of LEAN/AGILE development and test process
· Master at least one popular programming language including script language (e.g. C#, JS, Python, VB…etc)
· Master automation test tools
· Fluent written and speaking English skills are required
· Basic experience and background of ISO14001&OHSAS18001
· Master SW and HW control principle in the tested product
