About this role
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain business rules using IBM ODM .
- Configure and manage Decision Center (Business Console) and Rule Designer .
- Develop and maintain Decision Services , RuleSets, and RuleApps.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business policies into executable business rules.
- Manage rule governance, versioning, testing, and deployment processes.
- Integrate ODM decision services with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop and maintain Rule Execution Server (RES) environments.
- Perform impact analysis and optimize rule execution performance.
- Create automated testing frameworks for business rule validation.
- Develop Python-based utilities and scripts for rule testing, migration, and automation.
- Support production deployments and troubleshoot rule execution issues.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate decision services with intelligent automation solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Rule Management Systems (BRMS).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM ODM.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Oracle database development.
- Experience in enterprise application integrations.
- Exposure to AI-powered decisioning solutions is preferred.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
