The individual will play a key role, working cross-functionally alongside the SVP Business Development, SVP Advisory & Delivery, and SVP Strategy & Partnerships to convert opportunities across the full breadth of daa International’s aviation expertise, from air service development, commercial and non-aeronautical revenue, and airport planning to operations, ORAT, concessions, and investment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, APMP) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, bid/proposal coordination, or business development support, ideally within aviation, infrastructure, or consulting.
- Proven ability to run proposals and submissions end to end, managing multiple deadlines without dropping quality.
- Excellent written English, with the ability to draft, edit, and structure clear, persuasive content.
- Advanced document and presentation production skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel; Adobe suite an advantage), confident use of AI tools, and a strong eye for formatting, consistency, and compliance.
- Highly organised and process-minded, with experience maintaining pipelines, trackers, or CRMs.
- Strong coordination skills, comfortable gathering inputs from senior colleagues and external partners.
- Genuine interest in the aviation sector. Exposure to one or more aviation disciplines or to government and international stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter able to work independently and manage competing priorities under time pressure.
- Willingness to travel internationally, sometimes at short notice, for client engagements, events, and trade missions.
