It’s an amazing time to join Netflix as we continue to shape the future of global entertainment. The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Production Manager to lead the execution of world-class marketing campaigns in the Nordics for a 12 month FTC.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Title and Social Marketing Managers and take ownership of the end-to-end production of marketing materials, from brief to delivery. You’ll partner with our creative and media agencies and partners, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative standard.
Beyond execution, you will act as a trusted production partner by bringing strong knowledge of the Nordic media and production landscape into planning, decision-making, and ways of working. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that production decisions are aligned with campaign objectives and audience impact. Budget Management: Manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective production without compromising quality through our agencies and vendors, while making thoughtful trade-offs in support of campaign priorities.
Vendor Management: Source and manage day-to-day relationships with our external vendors and agency partners — such as media agencies, creative agencies, and production houses/partners. Negotiate contracts and ensure partners consistently deliver to our standards.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Build strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, media, social, creative, and other relevant teams to improve alignment, planning, and overall impact.
Process / Operational Improvements: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency, clarity, and effectiveness of our production processes and workflows together with internal and external stakeholders, while helping shape stronger ways of working across teams.
Risk Management: Identify potential project and production risks and develop ways to mitigate them. Continuously monitor project and production progress, and be proactive in addressing issues before they escalate.
