Head of Client Services – An Exciting New Leadership Opportunity at Voltedge Management

We're looking for an experienced HR leader to join us in this newly created role and help shape the future of our client services business at an exciting stage in Voltedge's growth.

This is an opportunity for someone who combines strong strategic HR expertise with commercial acumen and a passion for building lasting client relationships. You'll lead and develop a team of HR consultants, strengthen and grow our existing client partnerships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality HR advisory services.

The role offers real scope to make a difference, with responsibility for client retention, recurring revenue growth and service excellence, while playing a key role in the next chapter of Voltedge.

Experience & Profile

We are looking for someone with significant experience, ideally 10+ years, in senior HR leadership, HR consulting or advisory roles, who brings a strong combination of HR expertise, commercial awareness and people leadership.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Strong HR generalist and strategic HR expertise.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and experience taking responsibility for business performance.
- Experience managing client portfolios, recurring revenue or long-term client relationships.
- Experience leading, supporting and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience within a consultancy or professional services environment would be an advantage, but is not essential. We're looking for someone who can combine excellent client service with commercial growth, operational leadership and hands-on HR advisory expertise.
