Head of Consulting and Advisory - An Exciting New Leadership Opportunity at Voltedge Management

We're looking for an experienced consulting leader to join us in this newly created role and help shape the future of our consulting and advisory practice at an exciting stage in Voltedge's growth.

This is an opportunity for someone who combines strong consulting expertise with commercial acumen and a passion for developing people and creating innovative solutions. You'll lead and develop a team of consultants, identify and convert new business opportunities, and work with senior leaders to help organisations navigate complex people and business challenges.

The role offers real scope to make a difference, with responsibility for growing our project-based consulting business, developing new consulting solutions and ensuring excellence in the delivery of organisation design, leadership development, HR transformation and organisational change initiatives.

Experience & Profile

We are looking for someone with significant experience, ideally 10+ years, in consulting, organisation development, transformation, HR advisory or strategic business consulting, who brings a strong combination of consulting leadership, commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Strong HR generalist and strategic HR expertise.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and experience taking responsibility for business performance.
- Experience managing client portfolios, recurring revenue or long-term client relationships.
- Experience leading, supporting and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience within a consultancy or professional services environment would be an advantage, but is not essential. We're looking for someone who can combine excellent client service with commercial growth, operational leadership and hands-on HR advisory expertise.
