Your Role in Our Story:
As Workday & HR Technology Specialist at ACT Commodities, you will improve global HR processes and expand our HR technology capabilities.
- Implement and expand Workday modules across countries, including Performance, Compensation, Benefits and Reporting.
- Translate business needs into practical solutions, covering processes, integrations, data and reporting.
- Coordinate testing, train users and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal and external partners on system improvements.
- Support HR and recruitment technology, including ATS, payroll and employee experience tools.
Your Expertise:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in HR technology.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and experience with Workday or similar systems, ideally across countries.
- Experience with integrations, data management and project delivery.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to train users and work independently.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and Papaya is an advantage; Workday certification is a plus.
- Based in or able to work hybrid from Amsterdam, with permission to work in the Netherlands.
