## About the role

We're looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our East Region team and support the delivery of sourcing and contract management activities across a range of regional spend categories.

Working closely with Supply Chain Managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure the efficient procurement of goods and services while supporting commercial performance, compliance, and value delivery.
## Why this role matters

This role helps ensure the East Region has the goods, services, and supplier support it needs to deliver work safely, efficiently, and to schedule. By supporting sourcing activities, supplier relationships, contract renewals, and commercial reporting, you'll play an important part in keeping projects moving and helping the business achieve value for money.

Working closely with suppliers, operational teams, and supply chain colleagues, you'll help coordinate key supply chain activities, provide commercial insights that support decision making, and contribute to the successful management of regional contracts. The role offers broad exposure to procurement, commercial, and contract management activities, making it an excellent opportunity to develop your career within supply chain and commercial functions.
## What you'll be doing

- Prepare tender documentation and assist with the management of competitive sourcing processes

- Conduct market research and analyse spend data to provide recommendations and commercial insights

- Manage contract renewal activities and help maintain effective contract performance monitoring

- Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

- Support ordering, delivery tracking, and replenishment activities for procured products and services

- Maintain accurate information within supply chain systems, including Coupa, Ariba, and Sphera

You'll be an organised and analytical individual who enjoys working with data, stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver effective commercial outcomes.

Essential

- Ability to analyse data and identify meaningful trends and insights

- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Confidence working independently and as part of a wider team

- Ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers

- Good attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of compliance, governance, and process adherence

Desirable

- Experience supporting sourcing, procurement, or commercial activities

- Experience producing reports and analysing spend or performance data

- Familiarity with contract administration or supplier management activities

- Experience using commercial or procurement systems such as Coupa, Ariba, or Sphera

- A-Level qualification, or equivalent, in Maths, Business, Science, Technology, or a related subject

What we offer

- Market-leading double-match pension (up to 12% company contribution)

- Annual performance bonus up to 6%

- Access to the Tusker salary sacrifice car scheme

- 26 days holiday (plus statutory holidays)

- 10x salary life assurance and income protection

- Flexible benefits including healthcare, dental, and technology options

- Family-friendly policies, wellbeing support, and professional development opportunities
