Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant Trainee (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Start Your Career in Healthcare! We're looking for a friendly, bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate who enjoys helping people and is interested in learning dental assisting skills. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain both front office and clinical experience in a supportive dental environment. Responsibilities:

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer inbound and outbound calls
- Update patient information and maintain records
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
- Assist with front desk operations
- Learn dental assisting skills through on-the-job training
- Help prepare treatment rooms and support clinical staff

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Interest in healthcare or dentistry
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
- Healthcare, medical office, or call center experience is a plus
- BLS certification preferred

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Barbara, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
