About this role
ACES Mill Road School is seeking a long-term substitute teacher to provide coverage for two consecutive leaves. The successful candidate will support students in a K–8 special education setting, delivering instruction, maintaining classroom routines, and supporting students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility, strong classroom management skills, and a commitment to a therapeutic, restorative, and student-centered learning environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Connecticut teaching certification preferred.
- Experience working with students with special education needs preferred.
