Bridge School Coordinator, LEAP
This is a grant funded position to support Area Cooperative Educational Services Learner Engagement Attendance Program (LEAP). It is anticipated that this program will run from now until June 2027, as funding permits. The hourly pay rate is $53.00 per hour and there is a $3000 stipend, with half paid in December and the other half in June.
The Team Leaders will coordinate a team/s of Learner Engagement Specialists working in Meriden to increase student learner engagement as measured by attendance and participation in engagement activities. Team Leaders will report back to the City Coordinator and assist Coordinator in training for the goals of the grant as well as strategies to increase participation and engagement by paying careful attention to the metrics used in assessment and evaluation of the program. The Team Leaders will participate in regularly scheduled meetings with teams to assess needs, share strategies, and provide feedback on status of evaluation metrics.

Qualifications
An experienced certified educator, employed at ACES Bridge and interested in working with students and families.
A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituents and to work collaboratively.
