Atlantic Health is Seeking an Internal Medicine Faculty Associate Physician in Morristown, NJ
Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey’s premier non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join a busy and collaborative outpatient practice in Morristown, NJ. This full-time position offers a practice-based, non-teaching primary care physician in a supportive, well-resourced environment.
In addition to primary care services, the (non-teaching) practice also includes geriatric, palliative care, nephrology and infectious disease specialists, as well as collaborative care - a behavioral health program with embedded case management and social work support. This practice is ideal for a physician seeking to build their primary care career and join a busy, established practice with a robust patient panel and willingness to work in an NCQA Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home with emphasis on patient-centered, team-based care, population health, and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
With a balanced schedule of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and an average commitment of one evening per week and occasional Saturdays for outpatient visits, this position fosters an excellent work-life balance.

Salary Range: $235,000–$275,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives
• BE/BC by the American Board of Internal Medicine
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
• 2 years of clinical experience is preferred
• Demonstrated success working individually and as part of a team
