Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey’s premier non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join a busy and collaborative outpatient practice in Morristown, NJ. This full-time position offers a dual role as both a practice-based primary care physician and a member of our faculty team, teaching and precepting internal medicine residents in a supportive, well-resourced environment. As a key member of our academic Department of Medicine and Division of General Internal Medicine, you will play a pivotal role in the administrative, clinical, and educational aspects of our Internal Medicine Residency program.

Our teaching practice is home to the Internal Medicine Residency Program, which provides training to sixty residents. Responsibilities would include supervising, teaching, and mentoring residents while delivering high-quality patient care in an academic outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a desire to work in an NCQA Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home with emphasis on patient-centered, team-based care, population health, and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
With a balanced schedule of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and an average commitment of one evening per week and occasional Saturdays for outpatient care, this position fosters an excellent work-life balance.

Salary Range: $235,000–$275,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives
