- A team that loves learning, with continuing education and development encouraged
- A supportive environment where questions are welcome and growth is expected
- A diverse caseload, from dentistry and surgery to urgent care and exotics

What Our Kennel Assistants Love Bring
- Previous kennel, animal care, or veterinary experience, a plus
- A positive, supportive approach and a belief that great results come from teamwork and mutual respect
- Empathy for clients, coworkers, and yourself
- Comfort with low-stress handling, or a willingness to learn it
- A readiness to jump into the occasional cat rodeo
- A sense of humor (life is short; smile while you still have teeth)
