Nurse Aide, Lambertville, Michigan
THE JOB: As a Certified Nursing aide, you'll help create a welcoming, safe, and caring home for our residents. With your kindness, attention to detail, and dependable teamwork, you'll make a difference from the moment your shift begins. Working closely with the team at Aspen Grove, you'll play a key role in delivering the exceptional care and experience that defines our community.
THE STARTING RATE: $18per hour

THE SHIFTS:
- Days: 6:00a - 2:30p
- Evenings: 2:00p - 10:30p
- Nights: 10:00p - 6:30a
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN options available
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Performs duties in accordance with accepted standards of resident care. Duties include assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and escorts and transfers
- Assists residents with nutritional needs, including setting dining tables, serving meals, providing proper fluid requirements, and offering substitutions when appropriate
- Reminding residents to take medication and opening containers and packages for residents
- Recognizes changes in the residents' behavior and conditions and reports those changes to the Assisted Living Director
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Prior experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or guest service is preferred, but not required
- Required license/certification, if applicable
- A caring attitude and reliable attendance
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- Must be licensed in the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant and maintain current, active, and unencumbered licensure.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
